Who I am
Three Parks Piano Studio is run by Andrei Iliushkin, a self-employed piano teacher based in London. I am responsible for any personal information you share with me. You can contact me at hello@threeparkspiano.co.uk.

What information I collect

  • When you get in touch: your name, email address, phone number (if given) and anything you tell me in your message, such as the student’s age, level and goals.

  • When lessons begin: the student’s name and age, a parent or guardian’s contact details for students under 18, lesson notes and progress records, and payment records.

  • Photos and video: I only use photos or recordings of students for my website or social media with clear written permission, which can be withdrawn at any time.

How I use it
I use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange and teach lessons, keep track of progress, enter students for exams or competitions (with your agreement), send invoices and keep the financial records the law requires.

Legal basis
I process your information to provide the lessons you’ve asked for, because I have a legitimate interest in running my teaching practice, and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.

Who I share it with
I never sell your information. It is only shared when necessary with:

  • the services I use to run my business, such as my website host (Squarespace), email and banking providers;

  • exam boards or competition organisers, when you’ve asked me to enter a student.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t lead to lessons: up to 12 months.

  • Student records: up to 2 years after lessons end.

  • Financial records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it’s used. Just email me. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies
This website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies to make the site work and to understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
